Registration fees include a $50 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to event in order to receive a full refund excluding deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a $100 refund.
No illegal substances are permitted at this event or on event property.
No weapons/firearms permitted.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you are intoxicated or impacting the safety of the group in any way.
Only registered attendees permitted. No guests.
Though we love pets, no animal companions are permitted during this event.
All attendees should be aware that when camping and hiking there is the possibility of physical injury. In making a reservation you agree to assume such risk & agree to release & discharge Words In The Hills from any & all claims for liability, injury, loss & or damage arising from your participation in our event.

COVID safety protocol recommended by local and state health departments at time of event will be followed.
We reserve the right to cancel the event and will be responsible for notifying attendees as soon as possible.
